Be the social media manager for the Atlantic Avenue BID Halloween Pub Crawl

Response Due by email: 12pm on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2014 to aabidsteeringcommittee@gmail.com .

Purpose

The Atlantic Avenue BID would like all interested consultants to submit a proposal to provide Social Media management to serve the organization’s web platforms (blog (atlanticavebid.org); Facebook ; Twitter; and Instagram) prior to and during the Atlantic Avenue Pub Crawl, taking place Sat. October 25, 2014, 8pm to 2am. Proposals should answer the below questions and speak to the mission and position statements of Atlantic Avenue (see immediately below):

“For the middle to upper income New York City adult who seeks prestige and high quality products and services, the Atlantic Avenue BID is a shopping district that provides Brooklyn’s most refined collection of boutique shops, restaurants, and services. Unlike neighboring shopping areas, our product is a beautiful boulevard with very high quality goods and casual, friendly, neighborly service.”

Payment rate: negotiable. Consultant needs to specify rate per hour and number of hours estimated.

Scope of work

The consultant will be expected to generate content for all of Atlantic Avenue’s social media platforms for at least the 48 hours leading up to the Halloween Pub Crawl on Saturday October 25 (ideally through encouraging customers to generate content in addition to creating your own content). The purpose of all content is to generate attendance and sales for the Pub Crawl. Content can be cross-posted across multiple platforms but the consultant must set up the technical capability to make sure this happens.

During the crawl the consultant will view and post content to the BID’s Zoomph (http://zoomph.com/) page. Any applicants with Zoomph experience should be certain to bring it to our attention.
