Commercial tenants, property owners and residents within the BID boundaries, are all eligible for membership.

The AABID boundaries extend:

  • The length of Atlantic Avenue from 4th Avenue to Furman Street, EXCEPT the northside Atlantic between Court and Smith Streets.
  • One block to the north and south of Atlantic Avenue on all the sides streets between 4th Ave and Hicks EXCEPT Northside of Court, Boerum and Smith AND #69,71,73,75 & 77 on Hoyt Street.
